Minimal issues on my yearly trip

I only had two issues this year on my yearly trip.  The first was plugged fuel filters.  I had a set of filters with me and changed them in the parking lot of a large gas station.  The second issue was very minor.  The left turn signal on the trailer was not working.  The contact on the trailer plug was soft and just need a toothpick wedged behind the contact to hold it tight.

I had gone two or three years since a filter change.  I normally have a shop change them, but the shop has been very busy this year and last so I did my own service the past two years, including greasing and oil changes.  I had changed the secondary fuel filter once, but not the primary.  I tried to change the primary last year, but diesel started pouring out as soon as I started to unscrew it.  I put it back on because I was afraid I was going to lose a ton of diesel.  I got diesel all over me when I changed the primary filter in the parking lot.  Luckily, I had changed into an old work shirt and tossed the diesel covered shirt in a trash can.  I had to shower in the bus to get the diesel off before we drove on.

The generator worked great this year and last year.  I put in a new Victron 48 volt inverter along with SOK 48 volt batteries this year and that did not go so well.  It turns out the inverter was set to 50 hertz instead of 60 hertz even though it outputs 120 volts just fine.  I have the programming software so I am sure I can change that.  The inverter also kept faulting while charging the batteries, but that could be related to the hertz thing.
