Watch these guys I bought a lot of parts over the years with no problem but now I bought a roof top AC unit for $918.00 that was supposed to ship Aug the 14th or 15th.No unit yet so I contacted them by pm since they don't answer the phone my order was delivered on the 7th of Oct they say.I asked for a tracking number they gave me 4 different tracking numbers for shippers no longer in business,watch these yo/yo's just a head up's I had to turn to the credit card company and they told me they are bad news reading the reviews they are

Wish you luck on the delayed complaint filing. Seems like there are time limits on disputes, like one or two billing cycles. Keep us posted. I got one still on the roof, you want it, just pay for shipping. Works fine.

Ran into something similar  last fall. Ordered shower doors from Home Depot. They wouldn't ship to store, only to home.  Oddball shipping Company (150 miles away) claimed they got the load from another trucking company and left at door. Called company and they couldn't  come up with proper paper work. After 1 1/2  months, finally got a refund from H D after much runaround and trying to hand it off to their  company credit card outfit.

I made the time limit BofA gives you 45 days,RV Country didn't process till 9-11, thanks for the offer but mine are ducted heat pumps .Mine are fine, they had a sale so I bought a spare lol I thought anyways

Years ago I bought our window awnings from them and no problems except I had a 15.00 charge show up on my bank statement and when I checked the phone number and it was a donation site to an Aides society in New York. I call the RV country and asked about it and they told me that when you checkout on their site if you don't uncheck the donation box they automatically donate for you to their choice.

Tiny little print at the bottom. I said no please put that back in my account. They did and that was the last time I bought anything from them.
