Yup, it is in the Foothills. I go by it every now and then and i will try to get the serial number if i can ever catch somebody there.  :)  Used to be an Eagle for sale there but it is gone.

I met the guy several years ago at the foothills and yes he had the Scenic and an Eagle both.  He had been working on the Scenic for quite some time.  Can't remember his name for the life of me.  Wilber or somebody that lives in the Foothills at Yuma would know.  I did some work on the Eagle and drove it down there from Spokane where it came from.
