Has anyone seen any videos about replacing the aluminum panels on a 4104?  I have a few panels that need to be replaced and I'm wondering just how difficult it is.  Thanks

A lot of heavy duty fitting and riveting >>>Dan  ( And that means using the correct tool for drilling out the old rivets.)

New panels are available at International Bus Parts (IBP) in Apopka FL. The panels are pre-drilled for rivets (buck type) and you'll need access to the back of the panel. Are you experiencing oxidation corrosion from electrolysis?

I guess it is oxidation corrosion, maybe sitting in the sun in south Louisiana for a couple decades did it. But i was hoping to not gut the interior so access to the back side of the panel may be problematic in a couple places.

That panel is backed with steel plate as is the one directly over the radiator - which in mine is starting to show signs of the corrosion. We applied a light oil to seep between the panels of AL & Steel to slow the process but your condition is beyond that. Most of that panel in your photo can be accessed from under the floor but your wet tank may need to be removed. Those larger rivets are structural & help support the cantilevered structure the engine hangs from. It's not a fun project but lots have successfully completed it. The steel backer plate will need replacement too and of coarse there is a layer of mastic that separates the dissimilar metals which in your case has broke down. Salt is in the equation from the looks of that panel. That whole area can be replaced a give you & your bus another 60!  :^
