Coleman Roof Top ?

We have 2 12 year old Coleman Mach 3's that keep on going. If I here them struggling a little I go up and Vacuum the condenser and spray them with condenser cleaner and rinse with water and off they go again. Had to repair the corners of the covers with Flex tape clear and that worked great where they had a crack. Not going to pay 250.00 or more for new covers.
Had the front one knocked out by Lightning 4 years ago and just replaced both Caps and it was fine.

few years back, I pulled one from a late 80's small rv in a junk yard. Cleaned out bees nests etc. test wired it and it started making cold. Ended up bead blasting capacitor terminals due to rust when after installing, it stopped making cold. Worked fine after that. Check old ones for an added refrigerant tap. pass it by. Those old ones used heavier copper tubing and better beefier material.
