Tulux CF II 40W Engine Oil

Anyone using the Sinopec Tulux CF 2 oil ,it's a Chinese oil company that packages oil for Tractor Supply and others same oil as Miles and made in Canada.I going to try some on start up engines I may be sorry,I sent a sample to Cat and they say it meets the API specs for CF 2.You can by it from Walmart.com for 39.95 for a 5 gal pail with free shipping.I am paying $21.00 a gal for Delvac 1240 only to drain it with few hours of running on rebuilt engines I am waiting on the product sheet to see how it reads though
