No indicator Allison Keypad

2001 MCI 102DL3, Series 60 (12.7), B500R transmission
We are trying to troubleshoot Allison keypad with no green gear indicator after removing luggage racks and pressure washing the bus. Are there transmission interlocks for the door?
We can't locate the power source on the schematics for the B500R transmission. It drove fine from South Carolina to Central Florida and started and went onto gear while the work was being done. We are looking hard at the front J-box and the left rear J-box in the engine compartment. Any ideas? Thanks

Did you check the fuse lower front corner in the fuse panel under the drivers window there are 3 fuses in holders you remove the cap from one supplies the power to the pad ,the ECM is powered by a fuse in the battery compartment ,interlocks will not keep the pad from lighting(powering) up
