Sonja is doing ok lol but she wants out of the chair to walk and that will be another 4 weeks.I am using the time to do some work,I have a park area in a circle I ran service where I can park 6  buses for visitors,Scottsdale won't let me run sewer there so I am installing showers in the men and womens rest room in the building that is on site

Consider going extra thick on the RV pad.  Like 12" thick with rebar along with the matt.  That pad will be around for a very long time and one has no notion as to what may be eventually parked there.

Yep ... A pit with power lighting and drainage?  How long is a semi?  Again, long term.  This is stretching things but how about a small safe space or bunker.  Now spending lots of money.  Good luck.

6-8" with a 4000 lb. or more mix should be plenty, after all, he's got plenty of sex rocks for fill.  :o Even Cliff will run out of money with you guys spending it for him. How about a deep well for an automatic sprinkler system in case a wildfire comes by?

Guess that means the idea of digging a trench for the pit is out. Too bad, that would be way handy.

12" is a little much I think

We have 6" with rebar, have had over 96,000 lbs on it from one vehicle,  Number 4 bar at 16" or 24" centers for those who like tec specs

I don't exactly remember the spacing

6" is plenty IMO ???

Ditto on 6" slab. #5 rebar would help a lot.
