fan clutch?

so I have a 6v92 with no belts, gear driven alt. and compressor, My question is, is the fan clutch oiled off of the engine? it has its own oil filter and no obvious way to check any oil level, every time I change oil it seems full, I just don't understand how it works??

Torus fan drive.

Engine oil pressure is the activator.

Nothing to check.
