So I have an ht 740. It leaks out the front a bit. About a cup full for 500 MI. Is this something to be concerned about with these?

I do not know where the leak is coming from.  Is it in between the transmission and the engine?  In any case, if it would take major work to repair the leak I would tend to drive it and watch it carefully in case the rate increases.

I do think that it would be a good idea to have a professional look at it and give a prognosis.

Where is the leak coming from? Might be a seal going bad.

Do a good cleaning and find where the leak is coming from there are several places a 740 could leak that much oil and not be a internal leak and a easy fix ,most common leak is the seal on the shift shaft or the backup switch
