Web Vendor to avoid: CAMPERiD , not a happy camper!!!

I recently had a bad experience with CAMPERiD where they wanted me to spend more money to fix their mistakes after ordering a drawer style dishwasher from them.

Here's what I ordered:

Here my viewpoint of their errors (extracted from the last email that I sent them):

1. You don't maintain your website and listed obsolete products.
2. I just checked your website again while writing this response  and you are still listing the DWV335BBS as available on your now outdated website!!!!
3. Plus you had an inaccurate description of the unit where you informed me that the door is gray plastic and the description says "VESTA's space saving, built-in dishwasher features a stainless steel door with integrated electronic controls for a sleek, modern look that fits perfectly with today's high-end kitchen designs".
4. Your ordering department didn't catch that the manufacture had changed the part number and did no investigation of what the impact to the customer was.
5. Had you done that you could have simply informed me the product was no longer available and offered me a deal on the new unit.
6. Also the new product has slightly different dimensions which is going to require changing my cabinetry.
7. Your customer service required multiple rounds of pictures to prove that I had received the wrong unit, when pictures of the box showing the model number and a picture of the decal on the unit was also showing the new model number.
8. You offer me the door that is missing at a supposed discount rate of $101.99. Another site had an order option for this dishwasher that you shipped me at $102.00, so a penny discount is something special I should get excited and feel good about?
9. Oh and if I do order the missing door at full boat price you will charge me shipping on top of that?

My viewpoint is that I ordered a complete dishwasher off of your site and through some form of bait and switch you want me to spend more money to complete it!!!

At this point if I return the unit, you will have paid for shipping both ways (which would cover the cost of the missing face plate).

That will mean an absolute  total loss for you on this transaction and I have to wait to make sure I get my money back before I order another unit delaying the date that I can put my RV back into service.

Let me know if you wish me to return the unit or if you will ship me the missing face plate to complete the installation of the dishwasher at no cost.

You are not making me a happy camper here (pun intended), please do so....

Needless to say they refused to own up to their mistakes and replace the missing face plate or say meet me half way and offer me the missing face plate at their cost, etc.

I ended up ordering the missing face plate and door handle from another vendor so that CAMPERiD would not make any money while I had to spend additional money.
