Valve Cover Vent Pipe

Where would I find a pipe/tube suitable for replacing the valve cover vent pipe that is missing on my 6v92? Home depot didn't have anything thin-walled enough. The OD was 1.25" I believe.

Can a rubber hose be used?

They make a cloth covered flex tubing for that,it is all the military uses
