Kind of sort of bus related---and the reason my little bus is named Honeysuckle Rose.  She thinks she is a hound but she is really (a) Superior.

Hope you find this Hoyt Axton tune memorable.  Jack

Wow, that is cool.  When I lived close to Tahoe City, where Hoyt lived, his bus was often parked in front of his house.   I even had friend who did some work on it for him.

Good memories

Back to the U.S. after 8 years in Europe.
Bought a 1997 MCI 102D3 with Allison B500 on November 17, 2021 in Syracuse, NY.  Commenced living it that day and  drove it to Florida and New Mexico.  Converting as we go.  https://basicsuds.com

If you know of the whereabouts of a PD4501 Scenicruiser - I would like to add the serial number to my registry of surviving Scenics.  www.tomsgarageonline.com

yes. sad. unfortunately that is the reality for most Scenicruiser conversion projects. Started, not finished, deteriorate, and scrapped. The bulk of the 325 (plus or minus) I know about are either old conversions in bad shape, or unfinished (shells). This is not unique to 4501s obviously, I am sure whatever old brand or model one pays attention to, has similar issues.
