Hey Matt hope to we kind of shot our wade on our cross country trip and just working hard and saving up again while Doreen is recovering which is going well. Slow and relaxed. Also may be working on an Ocean rental soon.

1hr and 40 minutes to ocean. week trips to Gualala, CA may be in our future. a lot of older folks selling over there and families don't want the up keep. A friend is Just looking but am advising and would do some labor exchange for use possible.
