RV Campground Woes

I understand that a few years ago, John Deere wanted larger dealers that grossed at least 1million dollars a year. All our ones are at least three dealerships under same owner.

Dave bought a lot, we've now bulldozed it flat. Have to have a septic system before power will be hooked up, not sure about the water, but it looks like all that will have to be done before the slab is poured. Be going by the courthouse next week to see what the setbacks are and check on using a sewage processor instead of a septic system. So far no serious problems. Verona, KY.
