Finally found a pair of jack stands. Got them on Amazon. They were pricey when I first saw them last year, but suddenly a pair appeared for $75. I think that they were returns, but they were not used or damaged. Height 9.5 - 15.5 and a rating of 13 ton per pair.

another use of the busnut's 2'x2' plywood boards.

Always place a board under a jackstand to protect the hard surface, or to make one, when on something other than cement.

Marking up the driveway , whether yours or borrowed, will bother someone...

Happy coaching!

With all due respect, I Hope he is on a driveway made on Concrete not Cement. Cement being the product in Concrete as a powder as a binder I.E. Portland Cement.

Nice jack stands Richard. ;D

Will be used on a concrete pad, which was made from cement. Fortunately the pad where the milk truck used to sit to load from the bulk tank is just long enough to get all four tires off the gravel.

Then I owe you a big 'thank you' if you were the cause of the lower price. I figured that 13 ton was enough to hold up one end of the bus since the whole thing is only about 14-1/2 ton total.

You said "milk truck" and "bulk tank" and I immediately broke into a sweat!

One of the concerns using Heavy Duty Jack Stands to raise up your Bus Conversion for whatever reason is that the load of the Coach may be concentrated upon the Concrete by the four, (4) small leg points.  Over time this might crack the Concrete unless it is very thick.

richard5933

The four legs on these make contact with the concrete all the way across the bottom. They are not resting on just the four corner points.
