Need help my windows on my Eagle were installed in 1988 the rubber the window slides on is old and hard.  I need a source to buy the replacement rubber also what is the name of the company that makes this windows.

If they are like many you might have Peninsula windows. We had the same problem, and I called them for replacement rubber. The tech said they don't usually sell it as the entire window must be disassembled (not just uninstalled - actually disassembled) to replace.

The suggestion was to thoroughly clean the channels (which in the Peninsula are not actually rubber). Flush them out, whatever it takes. I used soap & water and followed behind with a strong shop vacuum to keep moisture from going into the vent.

The next step suggested was silicon spray lubricant.

Surprisingly, it worked well and the windows slid easier.
