I bought a building on US 19 about 5 months ago and have driven by Parliament quite a few times since September. I noticed the inventory dwindling and then it closed. Out of curiosity I found their Florida MV Dealer license was suspended last April and they file Chapter 7 for the 3rd? time last month. Any one have any info, or any info on the Prevost Coach they built with the Lithium Ion Power Cells?

Gary is a friend and his Parliament has the Lithium Ion batteries may not be the same bus, when he stops by I will PM you a photo

How do you file chapter 7 bankruptcy three times unless someone bought the company the first two times and continued to operate it?  Chapter 7 bankruptcy is liquidation.

Parliament hasn't had 3 chapter 7's Mitchell of Vogue fame had it in Chapter 11 back in 2009 and kept it till it emerged from chapter 11 and sold it.Mitchell bought it when he sold Vogue to Featherlite and I believe it was in chapter 11 when Mitchell purchased Parliament,  it's to bad they built a nice coach

Yes, I meant 3 BK's, 2 chapter 11's and the current 7.
