Looking for a Dixson 500 speedometer calibration document

I need a Dixson (Ametek) speedometer calibration document number 071-51536 for a series 500 Dixson speedometer head. I can find references to it, but it doesn't appear to exist on the internet. I got a document from Paul Lawry based on an old conversation in the forum, but it's for a 700 series and doesn't seem to correlate with a 4 pickup magnetic sensor and the 500 series.  

Does anyone have this particular document or maybe can find it online? I've struck out on all accounts, so far.

Not yet.  I actually think my new speedo head is bad. It's not moving at all. Even if the calibration is not correct, it should move the needle, and it's not. It was Blue Light special from the receivers of Sam Walker's latest fraud, but it appears it's DOA.
