I've been having trans jumping around issues and will be having it looked at when we get back home to Michigan in a couple of weeks. But I noticed this happening sometimes (not all the time) in conjunction with what feels like the trans jumping out of torque converter lockup. Is this a sign my TPS is dying? Look at the throttle position gauge:

Scott most times when a transmission is "hunting" or "jumping in and out of lock out, or gear to gear" it is because it is operating in the rpm range where it can't decide which gear to run in.

And my experience with TPS's is they are either good, or they aren't. Not usually a sometimes sometimes not thing.

Scott, you have all the things you need just download the Allison program and it will tell you more.  If you can't download it I can send it to you on a DVD.

Jack, please do. I need the Allison software. Don't have it yet. Runt, not yet. Bk, I hear ya. Bus goes into the shop when we can finally make it to Michigan in a couple of weeks. In Monterey and trying to finish my last tour date here before heading back across the US to Michigan.
