Sean shanks and I are hanging out today in Houston and he informed me that Bill passed away. We loved him and enjoyed meeting him at Arcadia. All the work he and Brenda put in over the years helped us make some amazing memories. He will be missed. Thanks Shanks for letting me know. See you on the other side Bill.

The Southeast Bus Nuts mourn the passing of long-term member Bill Phelan, and extend its sympathies to Brenda. Bill was a hard working host of the Arcadia rally, and will be missed.  R. I. P.

Truly a sad moment for those of us left behind.

A GREAT volunteer, before taking over as host at Arcadia.

And effective due to a great Partner-in-Crime, Brenda.

Honour his example, see something needs doing? Get up and offer to do it!!!

We are better for having witnessed and been friends with Bill.
