Where to install block heater 8v92

So I am needing to install a block heater per your recommendations, and I'm not sure where it goes? Do I remove one of these plugs on the lower side of the engine and screw in the block heater? Where do I get the block heater that fits my 8v92?

It goes where the plate and 4 bolts are located,DD parts #DDV-151B

Lol you are not that quick buy you a motor mixing tub from HD for 6 bucks to catch the coolant
