I'am working on on problem at a time, After I installed the 50 series I didn't have time to get all the extra's hooked up, so now that winter is back I have some time to tidy up some unused wiring and get the fast idle working, It worked on the donor bus but I can't figure out witch wires make it work, and I think I read on here somewhere that if you have fast idle you should be able to have cruise control ??? So does any body have a wiring diagram of how this is would be wired up?  Thanks Jason

There are two ways to make it work.  On my MCI 12 and the C-3 they used a fixed fast idle using a pair of resistors.  One of these days I am going to change it to have an adjustable fast idle.  I will try and find some more info later today.

The wiring on the donor system was probably wired so the ECM could receive a signal that the parking brake was off or on,  oh the joys of the DD responsibility and the OEM responsibility

I just sent you a copy of the DDEC wiring.  That should show what you need.  Let me know if you need more help.

The parking brake switch is what makes it change from fast idle to cruise.

Doesn't 531 tie G71  to complete a ground for the cruise to work when the cruise is activated ? will it work without a cruise light light in the circuit mine won't work unless the light comes on

Thanks for the responses, Jack I got your email, boy there's a lot of reading there 500+ pages lol that will give me something to do over the winter. I'am sure I'll have questions this electronic stuff is all new to me. Thanks Jason

Jason, my fast idle is controlled by resistors in a plug at the rear engine bay. I found this out yesterday when I soldered a loose wire and fixed my fast idle.
