On Monday August 29, our local Home Depot will be hosting a special send off for us and our bus. We have spent pretty near $31,000 at this Home Depot alone in the past 4 months and the employees here have been first rate helpful. The store managers are clearing away all the outdoor inventory normally parked in front of the store entrance so we can park our bus in that space. They are having a special staff meeting with all of the department heads and they along with some 30 employees will be standing in front of the coach for a professional photo shoot. Very cool of them to do this. They are a sort of a family giving us hugs when we come into the store and playing with our daughter. Been a great experience. I'll post photos when I get them :)

Yes, you and practically everyone else here going to Home Depot, or Lowes, or Osh, etc. Then there's Camping World...

That is awesome Scott! That is also a good chunk of change you've spent there. I don't know about everyone else on here but I need some pictures of your build! Maybe I am just looking in the wrong spot but I haven't seen any posts of the interior recently.

Sorry for the double post. Tapatalk has been crazy lately. I am still going to post a full build page but I haven't had a spare moment to do it yet

Nice looking lower cabinets. Store bought or custom build? How deep did you go with?

Uppers are 15" deep

What do you guys charge per hour  ;).
24" is a good depth for a bus, I think we settled on the same for our future cabinets. What are you using on the countertop there?

Bjorn, the countertop is temporary. It's a Brand new Formica granite look top that someone sold us for $15. It is just to get us by until we get a custom corian top with undermount sink built in later on

Scott- that's pretty cool about bus day at the Depot. Remember all that talk about accenting your custom paint? You may have to consider orange.

Debo

Congratulations, man. That's really cool. I have to ask... How did you get that refrigerator in the bus? Through a window? Did you take the front glass out? Inquiring minds want to know. Enjoy your big day on the 29th.

Zimmy, thanks for the laugh lol! You too Steve :)
Debo, every appliance came through the window. Easily. The fridge, washer, dryer, range. Only the microwave came in the door of course.
