The plumbing is in the 600 series Tips manual but the 700 Tips manual is good book to have lol I paid 29.00 ea for mine 20 years ago from Allison

Thanks Dave, the plumbing picture confirms what I was thinking: the hot fluid comes out the top of the converter, and returns to the sump.
