Is there a way to get 4 dates on the event calendar with only one post to the event board.

Yes, you can just post on the event "start" date if that works for you!

Paul,
   I have not found a way to make a single post appear on more than one day on the calendar. I have had to make a post for each day. You can use this to list the activities going on each day, rather than posting the same message on each day.  Jack
