Nope just good old Hickory smoke brisket I need to ween you CA guys off the Tri Tip that stuff is terrible you don't need to boil a brisket then smoke it like the Tri Tip so you can eat it

I drive my fishbowl suburban through Manhattan sometimes.  I get waves at bus stops.  Fishbowls haven't run in regular service around here for 20 years.  Go figure.

hi JC, sorry about the hijack of your thread, it's a fun subject. yes that damn rally will happen with all this interest, Vans bus is in great shape, latest info is he will get 42 miles to the gallon with the addition of the five airconditioners!  I heard his dog Boo was at the wheel while Van gave a push with his jeep up the grade when Cheryl wasn't  there, but all is fine now. great to here everyone bringing food from so many different cuisines, I think the burros and coyotes might invade the campsite with the smell of all this great food. Charles, when I owned the 4107 (obviously converted, blue and white), I had a waiting passenger try to flag me down at a DART (yellow and white transits) bus stop.  My destination sign at the time was one I'd had Transign make for me -- "WRONG BUS".  I agree, go figure.

Clifford Tri Tips, that's down in Santa Maria and they BBQ them . I have never heard of them Boiling them euww . Up here in the north we like Winton Grass feed and Finished beef fillets ( there ranch is next to our's and smoked Salmon on Alder planks. Being I live 8 minutes from the river city we just reach into the river and pull them out.
