We are moving as fast as we can 16 hour days while still trying to keep the quality level of the conversion high. This coach is light years ahead of our old coach in terms of our layout and finish work. A friend volunteered to move my air brake and trans touch pad to the other side of the drivers seat yesterday. So glad that's done. Working on plumbing and electrical this week. Hoping to wrap it all up by end of week and move on to body work in prep for our painter. We are headed to Curaçao for a week for a wedding so that will slow us down a bit but it is what it is.

Nice progress. I agree with you on the relocation of the transmission/air brake controls. As long as "R" is still for "Race" it's all good. Cup holders can go in another place.

No. No wire schematic. That panel needs the wiring completely re done. That will come later. For now everything works and I just need to get on the road . RJ, the Connie lane address is good :)

That looks like a shallow well pump. How you gonna prime it?
Some are called, some are sent, some just got up and went.

On the other hand as mentioned whats the pump there, this could be an ingenious decision.

In our last conversion (MC9) we lived in it for 5 years fulltime. I installed a shallow well jet pump it in and absolutely loved it. quiet, house pressure and flow, and super reliable. The only time I had an issue with it was when it froze. Oops. Anyway, that's a jet pump. Mount it to the ceiling because I have two 150 gallon holding tanks and a 40 gallon water heater in that bay...along with my hose reel and a power cord reel. So no room anywhere else. Priming it is easy peasy. Open the valve to the water pump line when you're connected to city water at the hose, then just unscrew the tiny airbleed thumbscrew and it's primed. Only have to do it maybe once a year when I accidentally run the pump dry out of freshwater. Also, my floor is insulated so well, I can't hear the pump at all from the inside of the coach...that's kinda an issue because I like to know when it's running. If I keep hearing it kick on and off periodically, I know to check for a leak somewhere...Bob, Emma isn't in the photos because my in laws are watching her here at the house while we work on the coach in the backyard. Our backs are against the wall on this conversion. We absolutely have to finish it in the next 3 to 4 weeks...yikes. Painter flies in August 7...

Try hooking up an indicator light to tell you when the pump is on - after everything else is done and you are on the road.
