Sold our MC-9. Bittersweet.

We've owned our 1984 MCI-9 for 6 years and fulltimed in it 5. We did the entire conversion from seated coach to a 9" raised roof home on wheels (see our link in our signature for 900 photos of the process). We made a ton of memories all over the country in this bus. We brought our newborn two day old daughter home to this bus. And about 9 hours from now, we will be handing over the keys to the new proud owners. Sold her in 14 days for full asking price. We are sitting in a truck stop tonight in Joliet, IL waiting for them to meet us first thing in the morning. Hoping to ride out the storms coming through tonight!!! Now our attention will focus without distraction on our new to us 102C3.

Congratulations on finding a new family for your house on wheels.   Don't worry about all those memories, that's what they are for,  to remember.  (all those pictures will help)    Just look to the future and think about all the memories and fun ahead with your 102.

That was fast. Says something for the level of quality in your first build and your record keeping. Have some fun with the next build too and take some time out to enjoy the little one while she is still little

Good advice. When I'm not running loud tools or doing anything particularly dangerous, I wear her in a body pack. She loves just watching whatever I'm doing lol

You are going to appreciate that extra 6" of width, and also that you don't have to raise the roof. Good Luck, TomC

That extra 6 inches of width doesn't sound like much, but what a difference it makes. That extra 5 feet really comes in handy too. (Sorry Scott, had to throw that in there lol)
