Hey Steve
I was born on a farm and driven all kinds of heavy farm equipment all my life. So after 50+ years, I buy a prevost in Jacksonville FL. I drive it 1600+ miles back to southwest MO and clip my mailbox damaging the lower bay door panel entering my driveway. It happens! Just like they say of pilots; there are those that have landed with the gear up and those that haven't, YET! Thankfully, I am in that latter category but I know my time is coming.

I hate to admit it but I am an old farm boy too and drove heavy equipment a lot in my younger days and even a tractor trailer, but when I brought my 40' MC-9 home the first day, I clipped the STOP sign on the first corner in the RV Park I lived in.

Since while we are on the subject of Lets Prevent This From Happening Again, check out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TE2nSgNYW0A as this is the ultimate safety system.  Since I has this system installed earlier this year, I stopped running into things and the kids in the neighborhood are playing outside again.  :D

Thanks guys, we do all make mistakes at some point.

Gary, the omnivue looks great, definitely on my list of future upgrades.

Been there too, but mine was only a 10 ft trip---but I forgot to unhook the 50 amp cord from my garage!

I now refer to it as  the shortest, most expensive trip I ever took!
