Looks like this Rally is on its way to being well attended. We have twelve registered and another twelve who have committed.

We initiated advertising for this Rally early in hopes of allowing people to plan their summer and hopefully make a trip to the Great Northwest.

Invitations have gone out to the BC Bus Nuts (Jim Chamberlain) and I would like to invite the GM Club members but I don't see a contact person on their website. If anyone has a GM Club Officers contact information would you please post it here for me?

In conjunction with our Rally will be the 2016 WAAAM Hood River Antique Airplane Fly-In. This is an excellent event and planes from all over the Northwest fly in for this event.

Take a look at your summer vacation plans and see if you can schedule a trip to attend this Rally. We have room for 70-80 coaches and would really enjoy having all attend.

Doug Red Rider Mike O'Rourke was the Wagon Master of Quartzsite and GM's this year but said he won't be doing it next year. He might know who you can get in touch with. He is in the members list on this board. HTH

Is the $200 rally fee the same whether you get power hookup or not?  And, is there a refund if one registers but then can't make it to the rally (assuming X number of days/weeks in advance)?

Doug1968

Dave,

Thanks for the info and I will catch up with Mike O'Rourke to see who his replacement is.

Linda,

The $200 fee is the same. First 35 to register have first choice of power. There will be a full refund if we are notified within seven days of the Rally.

I don't know if you are familiar with the Columbia Gorge but it is an absolutely beautiful part of the Pacific Northwest and this is going to be a Great Rally. It would be great to have you attend with us!

Well, a little over 3,200 miles from our home base in southeast Florida, but we'll be traveling and will just have to see how far we've gotten as the time for the rally approaches.  We'll be a "maybe" for the rally, sounds like fun!

Doug1968

Clifford,

Please send me Larry Hall's phone number. I would appreciate that. Also, it would be great to have you attend our Rally. Keep me posted. Thanks!

RJ,

Got your message and when I receive your registration form I will confirm back to  you. Thanks!

Linda,

It would be great to have you join us so keep me posted as we get closer. Thanks!

Fellow Bus Nuts,

Registration for this Columbia Gorge Rally is starting to take off. I have received six registrations in the last week and we now have 21 coaches signed up.

I have had several calls from interested individuals that are or will be traveling in the NW and I expect to pick up a couple of them.

We also recently received four new club members and there are several club members that have not as of yet registered.

Look the Flyer over and give some thought to joining us for this event. I think we will have a good turnout.

All of you are welcome!

Thanks,

Doug
