6V92 What can you tell me from these codes

Got around to start figuring out what configuration my engine is. Most of this is hebrew to me, maybe you DD gurus could educate me on the configuration of this engine, based on the codes on the pictures. As far as I can tell it's 2003, obviously Turbo, likely Aftercooled. Any easy way to figure which DDEC version it is, can't for the life of me find the plug in the drivers area. I'd like to feel a bit educated on my options on upping the Hp of the engine. I believe I should be able to jump to 350 with a dealer computer? I do understand there is the truck version that kicks it up to ~400, that would require airbox modifications, anybody ever done that on a 6V92? Also it seems that it is speed governed rather than rpm (flats out @70mph), is that a dealer set parameter also?

It's a Reliablt engine if I get time today I will find my book and translate it for you,the serial numbers shows to be a DDEC III
