73/05 Eagle Tranny lube level information

Hey guys,
I drained my OLD 4 speed spicer transmission of all oil.  I am not sure what levels to fill the transmission up to is?  There is a 1/2" pipe plug, drain for oil in the photo, bottom left, There is another 1/2 Pipe plug about 2 inches or so above the drain plug.  Then there is another plug in the photo that is 1" or so pipe plug on the right of the photo. 

My question, do I fill the tranny with 85/140 gear oil to the middle plug until the new oil runs out or up to the edge of the 1" plug on the right till it drips with lube and then stop?
After this is done I believe all lubes are done and now I can concentrate on body work of bus, I hope!
