Where are you guys buying the inner and outer nuts (stud pilot) for the Alcoa aluminum wheels ? I had source at 1 time but missed place the link.

The place Alcoa referred me too is asking $405.00 for a set and MCI wants over $500.00 that is for the nuts only no studs that is another $240.00 from MIC, 60 outer nuts and 20 inner nuts seems high to me

Did you try NAPA? Or a truck parts distributor.

Do you have any good big or small heavy truck wrecking yards in your area?  They may have excellent condition take offs from busted heavy trucks.  But I do not know if such yards still sell the good stuff for a dime on the dollar.  We used to cruise the places with basic hand tools and a dolly.  Pick your own parts sometimes.  Cheap and fun.

Napa and the truck supply houses are just into hub pilot now, the stud pilot is fast becoming a endangered species on Alcoa wheels

Low Class

Ryderfleetproducts may have what you need.  Their prices appear to be a lot lower than what you quoted.

NAPA should have wheel end catalog. You will probably need to order them unless they are a heavy duty dealer also. They shouldn't be that hard to get yet.

This is the style outer nut I like using. Yes it is the severe service nut but I think it works well on aluminum rims
