^ big argument against buying new. I have $7000 in our bus shell plus about $45,000 in our conversion. And I like it. A lot. And have invested relatively little into it.

According to their website, MSRP - Starting at $881,346.

Seems like a lot of cash for a fiberglass roof, 2" x 3" wood framing, & fiberglass batten insulation. 

My personal preference is for a seamless aluminum roof, METAL framing, & spray foam insulation.

Fiberglass batten insulation is awfully difficult to dry out once it gets wet - BTDT

But, as a wise man once said - "paint & polish sells"    And there is lots of both pilled 13'-4" high in that king aire
