Where to get VuCube, Tailgater, etc repaired.

Anybody ever have their VuCube or Tailgater dish repaired?  Mine broadcast the elevation but won't move the dish up/down or Left/right.

Call King Controls in MN the people that manufactured it they will repair it they have a flat fee the last I heard for out of warranty items they sent me a new board for 25 bucks for my dome

I am not at all familiar  with the portable dishes but can tell you some things to check for that I have had happen to my bus mounted dish.Check for belt'.Has it slipped off.Some dishes have Micro switches that get out of adjustment.The bigger units have two motors .One for up and down and one for side to side.If yours has two motors I would say that both of them going bad at the same time would not be likely .
