4106 hub bearing torque

Im rebuilding my hubs with new bearings / races / seals / studs / etc... My book says finger tight for the inner round nut. Is that a calibrated finger? Anyone have any advice on this?

Is this the tighten until bind then back off 1/16 turn?

I put 20 to 30 ft lbs on them, back off till just loose, then till just tight.  Then I spin it, feel for any looseness, and usually do it again a few times.  Really important to get it good and tight first to seat everything.  No need to try to spin when it is tight.

fwiw I wouldn't use anti-seize on the cam.  The rollers are suppose to roll.
