I know many here only drive occasionally but I know for certain Sean Shanks and Craig Holland put tons of miles on (relatively compared to some of us). I put on around 3000 miles per year or less. Curious what your numbers are...

I have averaged 7k per year the past 13 years.

Avg. 8000.

PS. actually 9090 miles in 11 years but a few of those were zero. attending ageing parents and L.O.'s and vacations for us is leaving the coach parked  ;D

We average around 7000 miles per year. Not a lot but have fun doing it.

Well you all average more than we do a and we are full timers. It's mostly cause we park in a place for 4-12 months and I tour the area giving concerts etc. Then we move on to another place. This amortizes our fuel expense over a larger time frame. I am curious to have the Hollands chime in. They heavily use their bus. Sean Shanks told me on the phone yesterday that he averages over 10,000 miles a year.

3-5000 miles a year. I'm still working, so it is hard to get away. That will be changing by the end of the year-I'm retiring from trucking after 40 years. Then I'll have more time to work on my truck conversion. My goal is to go to Alaska next summer. Good Luck, TomC

Probably average around 5K or less.  This year was looking like a bust, but I am about decided to take the bus down to Savannah when I go in the next week to deliver a car.  The cost savings from not staying in hotels and eating three meals a day in restaurants about makes up the difference in fuel cost.  That is near enough 3500 miles by the time I take a side trip or two, and bypass NYC.  Probably take another trip in the early fall.

Hey Scott, we don't get too crazy, lots of 3-5hr drives zigzagging our way. In our 4 yrs with the bus we've averaged 12,000 per year, this year we are at about 6500 so far. Craig

Scott -  This year for us we have maybe 1400 miles.  But will be headed to the west coast and possibly the dessert by the time the year is all done.  Its funny that we will have close to what the Hollands will have less a few thousand as it seems they are all over the place as we slowly meander our way around.  I guess our long hauls out to the west coast are where we put up the most miles.

Not enough. Last year we made it to Ca and Or from Pa. Other than some Prevost's, maybe entertainers I saw only 1 bus rv in Pa on the way home. A Gm maybe a 4905.
