Scott, here's a photo with them in my bus before I took them off:

And here are the parts (the nuts and bolts are on the hubcaps):

Two brackets are used per wheel with three lug nuts over each. The nut (inside the hubcap) slides down into the groove on the bracket and then tightened with an allen key. I believe the caps are stainless steel.
