My experience with Drawerslides.com

Hi guys,

I just wanted to let folks who might be working on their conversion about my experience with drawerslides.com. I never received any hardware. Here's a summary:

April 4 - Placed my order for 10 KV stay-closed drawer slides.
April 14 - My credit card was debited $216.73
April 17 - I call the company customer service line. No answer, no return call.
April 21 - I send an email with a deadline of 8pm, April 22 to contact me.
April 22 - Deadline passes, no contact.
April 23 - I contact my bank for a refund since the transaction was on a Visa card. I launch a complaint with the CA Attorney General's Office.

Your experience may be different, but obviously I'll be looking elsewhere from now on for my cabinet hardware. I suggest you do the same. Funny thing is I ordered from them once and the transaction went fine. Fair warning...

Debo interesting info. I looked them up and it is Harmony Homes(now Ventures) which had big problems in the building business years ago, just like most of us here did. They are about 5 miles from me in Roseville CA. Their address is a Big commercial building all offices that they built again back in 2005. No manufacturing there, so they must have them made somewhere else. If there is anything I can do for you here let me know. Would be glad to help out.

Thanks Dave. I used Google Earth to take a look at their offices. Since I paid with a Visa I have no doubt I'll get my money back. It's just the frustration. It's put my wardrobe project timeline off a little though. Thanks for the offer to help. It means a lot.
