If you think you need one, I would recommend this one ok eBay. They are $1600 each these days. Don't ask me how I know. $375 shipped isn't bad at all:

That really is a good price, but isn't there a major difference between the MC-9 and the 102c3 ?

I'm under the impression that my 102a3 has a much larger radiator than the MC-9.

Only difference I saw was if the 102 c3 had a 8v92 or Cat engine

Yes yes and yes. The rad is bigger, and likely has 8 tubes. The plus side is it has better cooling ability. Mine fit my mci 9 without a hitch. Worst case is you have to hammer the sheet metal in the radiator compartment just a tad.
