4106 tie rod ends

I have heard that the oem rebuildable tie rods are not available and there is an aftermarket compatible tie rod end.

Anyone know what the aftermarket part# is or the specs / taper is to the tie rod end?

We had a loose tie rod end some years ago and we found one from a 4905. Loren of Dreamliner coach shipped the tie rod from a coach he was scrapping.

As long as the tie rod is not completely worn out, it should not have any looseness. The way the spring loaded end is designed, it should never have any slack; it it does, it is scrap.
