Wow! Not even sure where to start. So I'll start by apologizing for my delay in this post. Spent 4 days with my Mom for Christmas in Georgia and the balance of my vacation in Florida mainly in Arcadia :-)

So let me start from the beginning. my bus was stored at an  outside storage facility in Port Charlotte all was good safe and secure I arrived early Sunday morning to see her for the first time since May she's as pretty as she was the first day I saw her! Previous owner met me there and we troubleshot why would not start for several hours before I called coach net for a jump and specifically requested someone familiar with something at 24 volt system. Well you guessed it they sent someone that had no knowledge of jumping in 24 volt system so I asked quickly on the forum did not get an immediate response but got a response and a reply from both Ace  and Scott Bennett in a previous post so I went ahead and bought two starter / deep cell batteries she cranks right up and she purred like a  kitten  .

Filled the power steering reservoir to the brim and she would turn with one finger sitting still! So the next day I headed to Arcadia from Port Charlotte with little to no brakes !!
Was welcomed with open arms and full hookups and greeted by many fantastic people! It was a bit overwhelming :-) The camaraderie and willingness to share stories information time and tools blew my mind!! I have to give props to one guy in particular . His name is Robert Greene from Suffolk Virginia. He is not a forum member but his willingness to put on his work clothes and help me chase air leaks for nearly two days along with a gentleman named Carson which I can't remember his last name? and his willingness to let us use any of his tools and he had plenty!
We found two hoses that were leaking badly and one brake chamber bladder that was bad . so when I did leave New Years Day I could stop on a dime and give you about 8 cents change lol!
it was great to meet many of the forum members! The only ones I can recall their names right now or Ace, Manny and Scott Bennett. So please forgive me if I left anyone out
I was so happy that I accomplished everything I set out to do and met so many wonderful people!!
She still needs a little bit of work before I bring her up to New Hampshire but I feel as  though I know her fairly well now!
Another special thanks to you Ace for your honesty and giving me the name of JB bus for some more repairs on her before I bring her north and your willingness to drive her up there for me that weekend if needed . I have yet to contact him  as I  have been so behind the eight ball in my self employed business I haven't had time to breathe until today.
Sorry for the long winded thank you but believe me I feel as though I could have written a small book through this experience! so many little things that culminated into one big special event in my life :-)
Thanks to all and God Bless!!!

no he didn't Ace  ;)

Louis' post shares my sentiment exactly about the members here and the ones we met at the rally. Amazing group of mentors for us young clueless pups. Was a blast. We are close knit with Sean and Angie and their kiddos and they were the ones to turn us on to the rally, so we appreciate them more than they know...kindred hearts. Dave and Amy Rush are a wonderful couple too and Amy let me play her amazing "real touch" piano in her bus at the rally...that was a highlight. And thanks to Ace and Jack Conrad for helping me get a tire for my bus. Great group...paying it forward.
