3/8 dump port. The hydraulic  controls clutch  release. Feels good sitting still.  I will report if it has a negative use problem.  The manual  mech/air I have could work on non hydraulic clutch by sensing arm or pedal application.  I can't post pictures here or I would.   Bob

small problem: decided to continue rather than start new topic. I put a hydraulic stop light switch just before the slave cyl=Activates air cyl when pedal is applied. Problem is it is surging. It works but the sensor is hitting and releasing.. my first thought was air in line. So have run another quart of fluid thru system to hopefully get any leftover air out. Still have it. If you double clutch it smooths out.  release is great.  My thoughts are sticking throw out--sticking on clutch brake. Still air in lines? Have greased the heck out of cross shaft for throw out bearing also clutch brake assembly.   Comments::  Bob

Bob - have you watched the actuation arm while someone else pushes in the clutch pedal?  Do you see the arm moving (surging)?

robertglines1

Arm was surging--but not anymore. It sheared the key on the shaft. Need to fix that . Then see what happens.  Glad I'm not paying anyone for this.   Bob

fess  up time: I used the wrong 1/2 moon key in shaft. wasn't deep enough.  worked it's way down then slipped.  Might have been it slipping/working that caused surge.   Personal note: made offer on a Eagle..  BK said so I could set in front row of Rallies.  Bob

Bob you know you can always park in the front row of any rally @ my place or that I have anything to do with.

But I hear those Eagle folks are pretty ornery and park those driving "sob" buses out in the back row!

Bob - did you get a new key in yet?  Did it work better?

There is a really bright side, Bob.  If you're ever stuck on the side of the road late at night with a clutch thow-out problem, you're gonna know everything about how to fix it!
