Side Window Question (I know I ask a lot don't I)

I need to replace my side glass but the way the conversion was done there is no way that the exit handles are going to lift up.  So..is it possible to remove the hinge pins and take them out from the outside?  Please tell me the answer is yes, because if not, I don't know what I am going to do.

If they are like mine on 4106 yes. Just take big screw driver on bottom and pry out each side and then they hinge out . Then just unscrew hinges and remove. Idk if this helps but that is how I removed mine , when I first bought bus and couldn't get to the insides.
