Hi All saw two buses outside the MGM, Caio and LZ Falcon. 1st from Brazil, 2nd from Japan and it is no.longer made, the Falcon has 3 air brake chambers the driver said, lvmci...

The Falcon was a BCI made in China they had a shop and sales lot in Vegas before it went under fwiw probably had a Cat engine I saw one at Cashman Cat before

Tom I think the driver of the BCI Falcon didn't know BO about what he was talking about!
Yes they have remote AIR tanks near each hub assembly but so does Prevost, Setra an probably MCI but they are more for the air suspension than the braking system!

As far as the Caio goes they are still being made. I can locate the dealer that let us demo one back in 2008 if you like I don't remember much about it except it needed too many improvements before we would have bought one!

The BCI FALCON 45 if memory serves, started off with the CAT engine but was going to switch to MAXXFORCE. But that was about the time they were in the very early stages of going defunct over here. Nice looking bus but they were lemons. I'll never forget the first time I saw one. I couldn't tell from a distance if it was a SETRA or VAN-HOOL. If not for the internet, I may not have ever found out. CAIO still has their website but it looks like there have been few changes on their two models. I've heard nothing on their quality but they use the FREIGHTLINER chassis.
