My opinion: I think we pay to much attention to search function and who we are! I learn something new every day! My personal requirement in this day and age of computer bull is at least your name and general location.. I care less how old you are. I have made allot of mistakes and will continue to make more. I can share some..  Busnuts are a great bunch.  I'm 67 yrs old an make mistakes every day.  Bob

I read every day and the names change. The building basic concept stays the same. I get ideas and apply them constantly. I'm guilty of not giving back as much as I get. Also I experiment a bunch with off the wall ideas. Some crash or I need help making them work.  I know enough to ask questions?? that's all.   When the ---- hits the fan the real answers seem to come thru.   One fact on plumbing  :: poop  runs down hill!!  Same in life.    Bob

Bob. I've never met a project I couldn't or didn't screw up to the max. Don't believe me, "Ask my Wife". But, I always getting back on track somehow.

robertglines1

Glenn ; I have noticed you doing more of your own work lately..  Guess you found out even the experts can screw up equal costing you $$.  Most of the work; once you understand is just dirty and in some cases heavy. Ask questions and work safe!  as for as the wife  .. 44 years here!!    Bob

Yeah I'm a trying on some work. Fixing to tackle the flooring in the coach when I get time. Built the barn so have a place to get out of the weather to work on it. This wifey,  15 years. Last one 25. Dang, I'm only 60. Been married all my life, seems like. Oh well, would be in the gutter if I didn't have one. LOL.

Glen, I am a believer in "ask the wife" it took me years to figure out men have tunnel vision they can only see it their way

My wife is a smart lady she can do about anything she loves sewing and upholstery work when I put down some oak flooring in the bedroom you would not believe how many times I had to ask her how do you do this lol

Then I get my day when she wants some type metal frame cut and welded we all have our special place in this world that is why it works going on 50 years in March with the same women
Life is short drink the good wine first

Congrats on you boys long term hitches. Cliff, funny on the welding part. Welder, Fab man here and just built this gal a 24" BBQ pit/smoker a couple years ago after her on my butt for years, We didn't have one. She always said something about a plumbers wife never gets her own toilet fixed.

Mine says she's spoiled. She asked for a new kitchen faucet so I built her a new kitchen. She invites her friends in and says. See my new faucet lol. Make sure the wife gets what she wants first and then the world is mine. Ha ha

Like Lyndon Johnson said....there are two things you must do to keep your wife happy.  1.  Let her think she is having her way. 2. Just let her have her way.
