Looking for a bus

We are looking for an MCI 9 [1982 to 1984] This bus must be in the original condition in order to import to Canada. Must have low mileage, automatic transmission, and be 100% roadworthy. Does anyone know where I might find one?

Not to be glib, but what's "low mileage" for an 82-84 coach in your book?

A 25 year-old people-hauler that's worth driving\owning is gonna have some miles on it. A million miles, easy...

Which side of Canada? I would strongly suggest you look at the owner of this board as your first resource for good quality, original MCI 9s. I have seen many over the past 4 years and I was happy to see the buses that Mike is able to get. I think you could not find a more honest businessman to work with. More than many other sellers Mike has a significant reputation to uphold and any negative transactions would effect his business.

Your looking for a bus, not a conversion. There is a really nice MCI-9 conversion for sale North of Tampa.

Hi- know you said 9, but my dad's got an 8, automatic, great cond., seats already removed for conv. (in Fl.)

If you need or want someone to look at it and take pictures or something, I only live 10-15 minutes from Dade City. If you make all the arrangements I can go almost anytime ezcept this weekend as I have to work. I'm available any week day during the day.

Found out the Dade City bus was sold a couple weeks ago. Guess it's now in Canada.

I don't know which side of Canuck-land you are on. If you are in the east then phone Roger Lockie at Coach Conversions Canada (coachconversions.ca). He seems to know where there are some deals. If you are on the west side then phone MAK.
