Hello again-
I have an Orion V Transit Bus with a Series 50 Detroit that I use for my rafting business. I think I clogged a couple of the injectors by running too low on fuel. I have the service and parts manuals. Does anyone know a mechanic familiar with this engine that could make a house call near Lake George, NY?
Thanks-

Nate, you didn't say what your symptoms are. What you have said so far has made me think that you have run it out of fuel. What made you think that you plugged the injectors?

Some information could help.
for what it's worth.

Unless your filters are REALLY bad, the fuel level would have no bearing on your situation.

I think I would check fuel level first and then filters.

Is it something as simple as losing prime if the fuel ran out?

Those are electronic injectors and unfortunately, not cheap.  The core value on them is more than the cost of the rebuilt injectors.  Usually the filters clog up without anything getting to the injectors though, assuming you have the correct filters on it.
