Doug -

SF Bay Area?

If you/your dad have sold bus banks/memorabilia to Dan Smith at Royal Coach in San Jose, you might ask him.

Or perhaps over at the Pacific Bus Museum's facility in Hayward?

Just a couple quick "come to mind" thoughts for you.

Complete Coach Works (LA) recently bought out American Coach Repair in Alameda.  The facility is a huge ex Navy hanger on the old Alameda NAS.  Lots and lots of room and they do have fenced storage. Many of the old hangers are now repurposed into businesses. That would be my choice.
